1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bee 999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bee 999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. bee 999 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the player's own name.

The minimum deposit on bee 999 is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bee 999 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your bee 999 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. Most withdrawals on bee 999 are completed within minutes of the request being submitted. In some cases, particularly where identity verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers a routine security review, processing may take longer. bee 999 will communicate any delays to the affected player.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bee 999 account.
• bee 999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Any funds deposited on bee 999 that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the account inactivity policy. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses on bee 999 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion details.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully met.
• bee 999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have made a qualifying deposit unless the promotion is specifically described as a no-deposit offer.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bee 999 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are available within each game on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Once a bet has been confirmed on bee 999, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. bee 999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, that was accepted due to a technical fault, or that was placed on an event or outcome that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.

• Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed outcome.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game round, bee 999 will resolve the round based on the available data at the time of interruption. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• The minimum and maximum stake for each game or market is displayed within the game interface.
• bee 999 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or within any single session at its discretion.

For crash games such as Aviator, the multiplier at which the game ends is determined by a certified random number generator before the round begins. The result is verifiable and cannot be influenced by bee 999 or by any player. Players who cash out before the crash receive their stake multiplied by the multiplier at the time of cashout.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bee 999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bee 999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached these Terms or any applicable law.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player's account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to bee 999 or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bee 999 reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonuses, or winnings held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
